Advancements in Nano eNabler™ Technology: Gel-Pak for the Mounting of SPT™ Print Cartridges and Substrate Materials

Dear Valued Customer:

I’d like to introduce you to a new advancement in Nano eNabler™ technology allowing users to mount SPT™ print cartridges and substrate material without the use of adhesive tape. We have listened to your feedback and now offer this alternative to the tape method for securing SPT print cartridges and substrate material.

The new BioForce Gel-Pak System has been engineered to compliment the injection molded SPT holder and substrate stage insert. The Gel-Pak offers the following advantages:

1. The Gel-Pak is almost completely flat. The implication of this is clear; the consistency of your printing will improve under almost any conditions and with any
combination of materials.
2. The Gel-Pak System is reusable.
3. The Gel-Pak is easy to position. No forceps are required to position the inserts. In addition, the SPT Gel-Pak contains a cross-hair design that allows the user to quickly
and easily place the SPT print cartridge in the optimal position every time.

Included in This Package Are:

1. A complimentary injection molded SPT™ holder with a pre-set Gel-Pak strip
2. Five replacement Gel-Pak replacement strips
3. Two Gel-Pak substrate stage inserts

Instructions For Use:

To apply, clean the SPT™ holder to remove any previous residue, peel the white adhesive backing from the Gel-Pak, then apply to the SPT holder while ensuring that no air bubbles are trapped underneath. Finally, peel the clear protective film from the top surface of the Gel-Pak. Place SPT print cartridge on the insert, gently tap the SPT print cartridge to secure, and ensure flatness. To remove, simply twist SPT print cartridge and pull up. Similarly for the substrate stage, clean to remove any previous residue, peel the white adhesive backing, apply to the stage while ensuring that no air bubbles are trapped underneath, then remove the clear protective film. Fingerprints or dust may be cleaned from the Gel-Pak surface using a piece of clear plastic tape.

Each Gel-Pak insert is expected to last from 2-4 weeks depending upon use. Additional Gel-Pak inserts may be ordered through the BioForce online store.
